What is Starting Point?
Starting Point is a project passionate about seeing transformation in the lives of young people who face disadvantage. Since we started in 2012 we have strived to meet the need of young people, particularly those hardest to reach.
Our Programmes
Advance Mentoring supports young people aged 11-19 who are ‘at risk’ of exclusion or of becoming NEET upon leaving education.
Aspire Mentoring supports young people aged 15 to 25 into education, employment and training.
Aware Mentoring supports young people aged 11-25 at risk of/involved in exploitation, crime and youth violence. Including a hospital navigators scheme which builds relationship with and supports young people from within A&E
Action Media is a young person led production company providing meaningful work placements in a creative industry.
